Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of sales and management team development including internal training classes, company events, field marketing and communications.   

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Actively work with Career Development team on class content, presenting to classes where applicable
  •  Manage FSC rookie classes from a content and structure standpoint working with CD Team. Work with Area Vice Presidents and Zone General Managers to optimize rookie success after classes
  •   Co-manage with VP&GM Field Management Meeting, National Sales Meeting, Leaders in Training and other management meetings as directed
  • Function as main field management contact for Merchandise and Equipment Marketing programs.   Communicate regularly with field sales and management teams programs as developed
  • Develop, launch and monitor new field sales programs.   Work collaboratively with all Schein constituencies to maximize impact of programs.
  • Organize and Manager RM and FSC “SWOT” Teams holding regular meetings with both groups
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as require

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Experience:
Prior management experience of 7 years preferred.
Prior sales experience of 5 years required.
Software sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
 
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Motivating  people, strong organizational skills, strategic planning, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills – written and verbal

 
 
 
 

Other:
College degree strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people in a team environment
Computer Skills, including excel, word, powerpoint
